Clairvoyance is defined "clear seeing." Cindy sees images in her mind, much like people recall a memory or a photograph.
Clairaudience is defined as "clear hearing." Cindy does not hear spirits externally. She hears spirits in her mind, much like people talk to themselves in their minds. Sing the words to your favorite song in your mind and that's how she hears! It is true that if Cindy is working clairaudiently, the information should be extremely clear and completely accurate. When the information isn't clear, but Cindy still "hears," she is being given "word thoughts." The best way to explain this is that the spirit is giving Cindy information in the form of a word rather than a picture, but it is different than clairaudience and can be misinterpreted.
Clairsentience is defined as "clear feeling." Cindy can feel the emotions of the spirit coming through or can feel the difference between a male energy and a female energy.
Automatic Writing, or psychography,is the ability to bring through information from Spirit through writing. The spirits do not "take over" Cindy's mind or body while she's writing. She is fully aware that she is writing. This is a method of channeling. Cindy does not have knowledge of what she will type before she starts typing. Cindy sees the information for the first time after it appears on the paper or computer screen. Some psychic mediums have been known to channel books using this method of mediumship.
Cindy works as an evidential medium. Evidential mediumship is a style of mediumship practiced around the world that puts heavy weight on the medium’s ability to bring through extremely specific evidence to the sitter. C: Contact: The medium first makes contact with a person(s) in spirit and attempts to establish a strong link.
E: Evidence: The medium brings through very detailed and specific evidence so that the sitter may identify with whom the medium is communicating. Cindy generally brings through three pieces of evidence, at the very least, to start.
R: Reason for Coming: The medium asks the spirit why he/she has come and what message he/she would like to give to the sitter. The medium only gives a message IF the sitter can understand the evidence that was presented to him/her before.

Evidential mediums believe that a medium’s ability to bring through concise evidence is key to diminishing skepticism.
